Who I Am

Ashley Crawford, NTP

Ashley Crawford

I grew up watching the people I love most struggle with their health — not for lack of trying, but because the advice they received treated symptoms rather than causes. That disconnect never sat right with me.

After years working in corporate wellness and watching the same patterns repeat — fatigue, bloating, hormonal imbalances dismissed as "just stress" — I pursued formal training as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association. What I found in that curriculum changed everything: the body's capacity to heal when given the right raw materials is extraordinary.

Today, my practice is built on the belief that food is deeply personal. Your genetics, your history, your daily life — all of it shapes how you respond to what you eat. My job is to help you understand your own body's language, then build a sustainable path forward together. No dogma. No one-size-fits-all plans. Just honest, grounded nutritional therapy that meets you where you are.

How I Work

The principles that guide everything.

01

Root Cause Focus

Symptoms are signals, not the story. Rather than chasing discomfort with short-term fixes, we trace each complaint back to its origin — whether that's chronic stress, a dysregulated gut, blood sugar instability, or something else entirely. Addressing the root means lasting change, not endless management.

02

Bio-Individual Approach

There is no universal diet. Your microbiome, metabolic history, cultural background, and lifestyle are uniquely yours. My recommendations are built around you — your labs, your food preferences, your schedule — not a generic protocol pulled from a textbook. What nourishes one person can inflame another.

03

Real Life Integration

The most perfect nutrition plan fails if it doesn't fit your actual life. We work with your schedule, your budget, your family's needs, and yes — your social calendar. Sustainable change is incremental and practical. We build habits that hold up on a Tuesday night when you're tired, not just on an ideal weekend.

"My mission is simple: help you feel at home in your own body. Not through restriction or perfection, but through understanding — because when you understand what your body needs, nourishment becomes intuitive."
