Life Chose It For Me.

In 2019, my husband and I each lost a parent within a month of each other. My dad — suddenly, after a 13-day battle with a cancer so aggressive it didn't give us time to prepare. His mother — after fighting breast cancer into remission, only to face liver cancer on the other side of chemotherapy. We were devastated. And we were scared.
We sat down one night and watched Forks Over Knives. When it ended, my husband looked at me and said — let's try it (going entirely whole food plant based) for six weeks. We did. He lost 40 pounds and his inflammation disappeared. I felt better than I had in years. For the first time in my life, my body felt like it was working with me instead of against me. That was the beginning.
I'd already been navigating my own complicated health journey for years. Before I was even 30, I suffered through severe migraines, hand numbness, and a host of symptoms that doctor after doctor dismissed or misdiagnosed — including labels like POTS and EDS, given without a single test to back them up. It wasn't until a neurosurgeon correctly identified Arnold Chiari Malformation that I finally had answers — and surgery. In my early 30s came a complete hysterectomy from severe endometriosis. Twenty years after the Chiari surgery, two cervical vertebrae replaced with 3D-printed titanium. I knew what it felt like to be a patient. To be dismissed. To have something be genuinely wrong and be told you're fine. To trust that your body is sending signals — and learn, slowly and often painfully, to actually listen to them.
My mom was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer's at 48. She passed at 60. Her body was healthy. Her mind was not. Watching her decline planted a question in me that I haven't stopped asking since — what can we do, before it's too late?
That question led me to Ayurveda. Then to the Nutritional Therapy Association's NTP program. Then to 3X4 Genetics, where I learned that my mom's story — and my own — is written partly in our DNA, and that understanding it can change everything.
But the moment I knew this was my calling came when a dear friend was diagnosed with colon cancer while I was studying Ayurveda. I gave her what I had at the time. It wasn't enough. She passed toward the end of my NTP studies, and I will carry her with me into every client session for the rest of my career.
I know now what I didn't know then. I'm not here because I read the right books. I'm here because I've lived it — the loss, the fear, the searching, and eventually, the finding. I became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, an Ayurvedic Wellness Coach, a 3X4 Genetics Practitioner, and an Oncology Nutrition Consulting student because real people I loved deserved better answers.
My dad. My husband's mother. My dear friend. They are the reason I am pursuing oncology nutrition with everything I have. Because I know firsthand what it feels like to watch someone you love fight — and I know that nutrition, done right, is not a footnote in that fight. It belongs at the center of it.
I can't go back. But I can show up fully for the people who are in it right now. So do you deserve better answers. And I'm here to help you find them.

Root Cause Focus
Symptoms are signals, not the story. Rather than chasing discomfort with short-term fixes, we trace each complaint back to its origin — whether that's chronic stress, a dysregulated gut, blood sugar instability, or something else entirely. Addressing the root means lasting change, not endless management.
Bio-Individual Approach
There is no universal diet. Your microbiome, metabolic history, cultural background, and lifestyle are uniquely yours. My recommendations are built around you — your labs, your food preferences, your schedule — not a generic protocol pulled from a textbook. What nourishes one person can inflame another.
Real Life Integration
The most perfect nutrition plan fails if it doesn't fit your actual life. We work with your schedule, your budget, your family's needs, and yes — your social calendar. Sustainable change is incremental and practical. We build habits that hold up on a Tuesday night when you're tired, not just on an ideal weekend.
Built on a solid foundation.
