All services are offered virtually, making it easy to work together from anywhere in Northwest Arkansas and beyond. New clients begin with a complimentary 20-minute discovery call to ensure we're a great fit.

The Process

What to expect.

Clear, intentional steps — from first hello to ongoing partnership.

Step 01

Discovery Call

A complimentary 20-minute conversation to learn about your health history, current goals, and what's brought you here. This is where we determine if we're the right fit and which service best matches your needs. No pressure, no sales pitch — just an honest conversation.

Step 02

Assessment

New clients complete a detailed health and lifestyle intake prior to our first session. This gives me the full picture — your diet history, symptoms, sleep, stress, digestion, and more. It also means our first real session starts with depth and intention, not generic questions.

Step 03

Your Plan

Based on your assessment, we build a personalized protocol together — realistic, specific, and rooted in your bio-individual needs. This isn't a handout or a generic meal plan. It's a living document we refine session by session as your body responds and your goals evolve.

Step 04

Ongoing Support

Real change takes time, and I'm with you through every adjustment. Between sessions, you'll have email access for questions and check-ins. We celebrate what's working, troubleshoot what isn't, and keep refining — because your health is not a destination. It's a practice.

Frequently Asked

Common questions.

Do I need a referral or diagnosis to work with you?

No referral needed. Nutritional Therapy Practitioners work in the wellness space, not the medical space — which means you don't need a diagnosis to benefit. Whether you have a chronic condition, vague symptoms you can't quite pin down, or simply want to feel better in your everyday life, you're welcome here.

Are sessions in person or virtual?

All sessions are held virtually via secure video call, which means we can work together regardless of where you're located. If you're in Northwest Arkansas, we may explore local in-person options in the future — but for now, virtual keeps things flexible and accessible for everyone.

How many sessions will I need?

That depends entirely on your goals and where you're starting from. Some clients see meaningful shifts in 4–6 sessions; others work with me long-term as their health evolves. I'll give you an honest assessment after our discovery call and we'll build a plan that makes sense — for your body and your budget.

Do you accept insurance?

Nutritional therapy is not currently covered by most insurance plans. However, many clients use HSA or FSA funds for sessions. I provide detailed receipts and session documentation to support any reimbursement claims you may wish to submit.

What makes this different from a registered dietitian?

Both paths are rooted in nutrition science, but the focus differs. Registered Dietitians are licensed medical professionals who work within the healthcare system, often managing clinical conditions and hospital protocols. As an NTP, my approach is functional and preventive — I work upstream of disease to address imbalances through food, lifestyle, and targeted support. Think of it as collaborative, personalized wellness work rather than clinical treatment.
